Hello everyone!
Some days ago I found linguine at supermarket. I was sooo happy 🙂 Anyway I prepared this delicious recipe. I hope you like it!
Ingredients:
350 gr linguine (or spaghetti or any kind of pasta you prefer)
1 red pepper
1 cup of frozen peas
100 gr red cabbage
1/2 onion
1/2 leek
100 gr beans sprouts
2 garlic cloves
1/2 carrot
Soya sauce to taste
2 tbsp corn oil + 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
curry to taste
cayenne pepper to taste.
Method:
- Chop the carrot, the onion, the leek, the red pepper and the red cabbage.
- Heat the corn oil in a fying pan and add the garlic, the onion and the leek. Let it cook two minutes.
- Add the pepper, the cabbage, the carrot and the peas. Let it cook on low-medium heat stirring sometimes
- After 7-8 minutes add the beans sprout, flavour with salt and add the olive oil.
- Let it flavour 2 minutes and add the soya sauce. Let it cook until all the veggies are cooked.
- In the meantime boil linguine in salted water, then drip them and add into the pan.
- Sautè 2 minutes and flavour with a sprinkle of curry and cayenne pepper.
- Enjoy!

Qualche giorno fa ho trovato le linguine al supermercato! Ero molto felice 🙂 Ad ogni modo ho preparato questa deliziosa ricetta. Spero vi piaccia!
Ingredienti:
350 gr linguine ( o spaghetti o qualsiasi pasta vogliate)
1 peperone rosso
1 tazza di piselli surgelati
100 gr di cavolo viola
1/2 cipolla
1/2 porro
2 spicchi d’aglio
1/2 carota
100 gr di germogli di fagiolo
2 cucchiai di olio di semi di mais + 1 cucchiaio di olio evo
salsa di soia q.b.
sale q.b.
peperoncino q.b.
curry q.b.
Procedimento:
- Tagliare a pezzetti la cipolla, il porro, il peperone, la carota e il cavolo viola.
- Scaldare l’olio di mais in una padella e aggiungere cipolla, aglio e porro. Far cuocere 2 minuti.
- Aggiungere il peperone, la carota, i piselli e il cavolo viola. Lasciar cuocere a fiamma medio bassa mescolando di tanto in tanto.
- Dopo 7-8 minuti aggiungere i germogli di fagiolo, insaporire con sale e olio evo.
- Lasciar cuocere due minuti e aggiugere la salsa di soia. Continuare a cuocere fino a che le verdure non saranno cotte.
- Nel frattempo bollire la pasta in acqua salata. Dopo di che scolarla e aggiungerla alla padella.
- Far saltare due minuti e insaporire con una spolveratina di peperoncino e curry.
