Hello everyone!
Today I want to share with you this delicious recipe. I was inspired by a Margareta, a girl who asked in a vegan group how to prepare broad beans felafel. I have never tried it but I helped her to find a recipe and I decided to make my personal version. I hope you like it!
Ingredients:
350 gr frozen broad beans
1 small onion or 1/2 big onion
1 garlic cloves
1 tbsp sesame seeds
rice flour to taste ( I used dark rice flour)
ground cumin to taste
1 sprig of parsley
2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
salt to taste
Method:
- Defrost the broad beans
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Put the broad beans in a food processor. Add the onion, the garlic, the parsley, sesame seeds and 1 tbsp of olive oil and blend well.
- Put the mixture in a bowl and flavour with salt and cumin.
- Add the rice flour, little by little, until the mixture thickens and make the balls. Press them a bit.
- Place felafels on a baking tray covered with baking paper and season them with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
- Enjoy!

Ciao a tutti!
Ingredienti:
350 gr di fave surgelate
1 cipolla piccola o mezza grande
1 spicchio d’aglio
1 ciuffo di prezzemolo
1 cucchiaio di semi di sesamo
farina di riso q.b ( io ho usato farina di riso integrale)
cumino q.b.
sale q.b.
2 cucchiai di olio evo.
Procedimento:
- Buon appetito!
