Cauliflower balls – Polpette di cavolfiore

Hello everyone! Today I made these cauliflower balls and they are very good! I hope you like it!

Ingredients:

300 gr cauliflower

1 potatoes

1/2 cups black olives

1 sprig of parsley

1 garlic clove

rice flour as needed

salt to taste

paprika and black pepper to taste

extra virgin olive oil to taste

Method:

  1. Boil the potato and steam the cauliflower.
  2. Put them in a food processor with the olive, the garlic and the parsley and blend well
  3. Put the mixture in a bowl and flavour with salt, paprika and black pepper
  4. Add rice flour until the mixture thickens
  5. Make the balls and place them on a tray covered with baking paper. Season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
  6. Bake in preheated oven to 180°C for about 20 minutes or until the balls are harder
  7. turn on the grill if necessary to make them golden brown
  8. Enjoy!

Ciao! Oggi ho fatto queste polpette di cavolfiori veramente buone. Spero vi piacciano!

Ingredienti:

300 gr di cavolfiore

1 patata

1/2 tazza di olive

1 ciuffo di prezzemolo

1 spicchio d’aglio

farina di riso q.b.

sale q.b.

pepe nero e paprika q.b.

olio evo q.b.

Procedimento:

  1. Fate bollire la patata e cuocete il cavolfiore al vapore
  2. Metteteli in un robot da cucina insieme a olive, aglio e prezzemolo. Frullate bene
  3. Mettete il composto in una ciotola e insaporite con sale, paprika e pepe nero.
  4. Aggiungete farina di riso q.b. per addensare il composto.
  5. Fate le polpette e mettetele in una teglia ricoperta di carta forno. Conditele con un filo d’olio
  6. Fate cuocere in forno già caldo a 180°C per circa 20 minuti o fino a che non si saranno indurite
  7. Accendete il grill se necessario per farle dorare
  8. Buon appetito!
