Roasted butternut squash – Zucca gialla al forno

Hello everyone!

Today I want to share with you this simple and tasty recipe.

Ingredients:

1 butternut squash

2 tsp of extra virgin olive oil

salt to taste

herbs de provence to taste

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180° C
  2. Cut into quarters lenghtways the squash and remove the seeds
  3. Place the slices on a baking tray covered by baking paper.
  4. Drizzle with some olive oil and flavour with a pinch of salt and a sprinkle of herbs
  5. Roast for about 40 minutes or until the squash is tender and turned golden  brown
  6. Enjoy!

Oggi voglio proporvi questa ricetta semplice e gustosa

Ingredienti

1 zucca gialla

2 cucchiai di olio evo

sale q.b.

erbe provenzali q.b.

Procedimento:

  1. Preriscaldare il forno a 180°
  2. Tagliare la zucca in quattro parti verticalmente e privarla dei semi
  3. Adagiare le fette di zucca su una teglia rivestita con carta forno
  4. Condire con un filo d’olio, un pizzico di sale e una spolverata di erbe provenzali
  5. Infornare per circa 40 minuti o fino a che la zucca non sarà tenera e dorata.
  6. Buon appetito!!
