Garlic and oil pasta with cherry tomatoes and black olives – Pasta aglio e olio con pomodorini e olive nere

The oil and garlic pasta is one of the easiest and most tasty Italian recipe. I often prepare it when I have no time and I want a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

3 garlic cloves

2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

10 cherry tomatoes

some black olives

400 gr pasta

salt to taste

cayenne pepper to taste

basil or parsley to taste.

Ground almond + salt + black pepper ( to substitute the parmesan cheese)

Method:

  1. Boil salted water to cook the pasta
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add garlic and cook until golden. About 2 minutes.
  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them, stirring. Flavour with a pinch of salt. Let cook 4 minutes and add the olives.
  4. Let cook another minute and turn off the stove.
  5. Drip the pasta, saving a bit of cooking water and add it into the pan. Sautè 1 minutes, stirring well and flavour with pepper and basil or parsley.
  6. Sprinkle with ground almond flavoured with salt and black pepper. ( Chop the almond with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper)
  7. Enjoy!!!

Ciao a tutti!

La pasta aglio e olio, piatto amato da noi Italiani. Io vi presento oggi questa variante semplicissima e gustosa.

Ingredienti:

3 spicchi d’aglio

2 cucchiai di olio evo

10 pomodori ciliegino

qualche oliva nera

basilico o prezzemolo

peperoncino e sale a piacere

400 gr pasta

mandorle tritate + sale + pepe nero ( per sostiuire il parmigiano)

Procedimento:

  1. far bollire dell’acqua salata per cuocere la pasta
  2. Scaldare l’olio in una padella, aggiungere l’aglio e farlo dorare. Circa 2 minuti
  3. Tagliare a metà i pomodorini e aggiungerli nella padella, salare e far cuocere 4 minuti.
  4. Aggiungere una manciata di olive nere e lasciar cuocere un altro minuto
  5. Scolare la pasta,conservando un po’ di acqua di cottura e buttarla in padella. Far saltare due minuti, mescolare bene e insaporire con peperoncino e basilico o prezzemolo
  6. Spolverare con un po’ di mandorle tritate precedentemente insieme a un pizzico di sale e un pizzico di pepe
  7. Buon appetito!
