Quinoa and chickpeas in tomato sauce – Quinoa e ceci al sugo

Hello everyone, the second recipe today is easy, healthy and very tasty.

Ingredients:

400 gr quinoa

1 tin of chickpeas

1/2 onion

1 can of chopped tomatoes

2 tsbp of olive oil

salt and ground black pepper to taste

basil or parsley to taste

Method:

  1. Boil the quinoa in salted water
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped onion, let it cook until golden brown.
  3. Add the chickpeas, stir well and let them cook for 3 minutes. Pour the chopped tomatoes, flavour with salt and black pepper and add your favourite herbs.
  4. Let it cook for about 15 minutes.
  5. Drip the quinoa and add it in the pan. Sautè for about 2 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!

Ciao a tutti!

La seconda ricetta di oggi è facile, salutate e saporita.

Ingredienti:

400 gr di quinoa

1 lattina di ceci

un barattolo di pomodori in pezzi

1/2 cipolla

2 cucchiai di olio evo

sale e pepe q.b.

basilico o rosmarino a piacere

Procedimento:

  1. Bollire la quinoa in acqua e sale
  2. Scaldare l’olio in una padella e far rosolare la cipolla a pezzi.
  3. Aggiungere i ceci, lasciar cuocere 3 minuti e aggiungere i pomodori in pezzi. Insaporire con sale, pepe e erbe. Lasciar cuocere circa 20 minuti.
  4. Scolare la quinoa e far saltare in padella per circa 2 minuti.
  5. Buon appetito!!!
